Haha - 4 reps would be a miracle at this point. BUT...I will conquer my new "Iron gym"!! I must pass through that doorway about 30 times a day - now it's got some potential to be a productive doorway to my very strong sexy back (positive reinforcement talk goin' on here!).

Girl..SO funny, I was just watching the commercial for this the other day (how hot is HIS body??) and wondering if it really worked..LOVE IT that you got this!!
Hi Paula-
I haven't seen the infomercial, but his back looks good on the booklet. Maybe I need to go check out the box again to view a hottie to start my day off right :o)
I bought it specifically for pullups but it says you can use it for sit ups, dips and push ups. I think it's funny that it's called the Iron "gym".
I wondered about how that thing would work.
Steve says it's going to ruin the molding, but who cares? We're talking about my back here!!
It hold him just fine. The instructions say it holds up to 300 pounds.
I too was wondering if that thing worked! I Take it that it does?? Do share!

It works great! I couldn't figure out until I got it in my door frame how it was going to be stable, but it's very stable! I love that you can just slip it right down and hide it away and there is nothing permanent attached to your doorway.
