'Cause today I swear I'm not doing anything Nothing at all, nothing at all

Oh...how I long for the day that I can say that. I think it's coming up soon...maybe in July or somewhere near that. But for today...I was just convinced to sign up for a century ride in August...it ends at the beach for a BBQ and then a bus ride back home.

I have friends that are enticing me to continue training as they head to Ironman Canada in August...so maybe it will be more like September??...but for now, I'll keep dreaming...

I hear this stinkin' song on the radio every time I'm heading out in the truck to a workout. I roll down the windows, sing it at the top of my lungs...then arrive at my destination, unpack the bike and get to work

What does YOUR ideal "not doing anything" day look like??

Workout, coffee, make breakfast for the family, head out for a family outing, watch some golf on TV, take a nap, wine, dinner, bed.

Rene and Kate...maybe we need to plan a Blogger's Beach Getaway :D

Kovas..really? You wouldn't EVER want a day JUST to yourself? You ARE a catch! Your family is very lucky to have you.

Ohh I would start by sleeping in then...eat a GIGANTIC breakfast with fresh fruit. I would set out on a 3-4 hour bike ride and then float around in lake with a mojito followed by a fabulous dinner grilling out with my boo =) I swear I don't have this planned out already...

My nothing day would be laying in a hammock by the lake, sleeping off and on. Imagine the life that would be

I'd go for a morning run, then go to an afternoon Twins baseball game with my wife, then we'd go out for dinner and maybe a movie. I'd only have to convince my wife.

I have no idea... it is so removed from my reality that I can't even formulate a fantasy. How sad is that?

Sleep. Lots of sleep. Then coffee. Then sitting outside sipping on beer. Just thinking about it makes me want to call out sick!

I think I am really doing nothing today... It's kind of nice :-) I am also considering taking a break from training for a little while. And maybe take up swimming?

Ha! I've never heard that song before.

My perfect "do nothing" day often involves a double feature at the local multiplex.

Oh...my...how...nice. I would lay in bed, with the windows open and a cool breeze!

Hmmmm-do nothing day! Last time I had one of these it resulted in too much island rum and a serious sunburn all over my body. Like SERIOUS!! I think it was in 2007....I can't wait for a do nothing day.

Congrats on commiting to a century ride! Go you!!!

Just remember to eat and drink plenty and you'll do great!

Exciting stuff!

Oh an chamois cream... lots of chamois cream before you head out haha!

My not doing anything day.... Laying by the pool, ceasar in one hand, pizza in the other, with my hot wife in her bikini right next to me as the kids play in the pool. Now that sounds like a plan! :)
