45 minutes of intervals on stepmill today. That's it.
Looooong day at work...well, it will be by the time I get done. Listening to comedy while I work and snorting and hooting so loud that I can't answer the phone for fear of giggling hysterically like I did earlier this morning ~ Poor lady must have been so confused by me. Today's comedy clip will be funny to my Catholic like me...maybe not so much to anyone else. I related.
