Mai made me sign a contract if I wanted to be a part of her workout club.

- Run 3 times a week
- Eat some candy...
- Lift some "weits"
- Go to the gym

Mai says she's officially in training. She has 4 triathlons and one running race scheduled so far this summer.
Me?..."official" training starts in about 8 days...and I'm just sitting around waiting for all my aches and pains to magically disappear prior to that. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...I just cracked myself up. I think I've reached that magical age where something is always hurting. Be prepared to hear me old lady myself away to you guys on a regular basis now that I've admitted to myself that I've passed by my girlish years :-)
