This morning's run workout will be 10 min w/u, 3 miles at about 15 seconds below my time trial pace with 90 second jog between each mile and a 10 min cool down.

Yesterday's spin class sucked so bad that I'm going back for more tonight at 5:30 to be followed by some drills in the pool from Total Immersion. I did some fairly light weights for tris/bis/shoulders before spin yesterday but my chest strain really bugged, so I didn't push too hard. It still hurts mildly today but seems to be getting better.

Hawaii....sun...sand...surf...absolutely no stress...time for Steve and I to reconnect...

I'm so ready for this vacation.

I just looked out my window and it's snowing...
