Simply put, my a$$ hurts. That was the loooooooongest 25 mile bike ride ever. My legs were pretty tired from running last night and then again this morning, but my butt - oh my...
This morning was a track workout ~
5 minute warm up
3 x 1mile (4 laps) 10 seconds per mile slower than my 20 minute test pace (hard)
90 second jog in between
5 minute cool down
Total: approx 4 miles
Tomorrow is yet another run and then I'm going to swim for an hour. Hope to get it done early so I can have as much rest as possible before our long ride Saturday - followed by an 11 mile run on Sunday. This is really starting to get serious.
