MIDDAY WORKOUT - 2 mile brisk walk with Ki.
P.M. Workout - 15 minutes of warm up laps then a 1.2 mile swim. Personal best. I beat my Pac Crest time by 1:08 minutes!!! Can't wait to see how I do next time I'm in open water in a wetsuit!
