I'm going to be doing a series of 30 day challenges and the first one starts on Monday August 23rd. I'm easing in with a simple challenge because school is starting and Tina's 30 Days of Self Reflection

is starting and I think my womens bible study should be starting soon, too! So this challenge will be a 30 days of stepping out of our box in terms of working out. I'm a creature of habit and if you tell me to work out, I will immediately think of going to the gym to lift weights or swim, a bike ride, a run or a hike. Each day for 30 days, I'm committing to at least 30 minutes of something out of my norm. I have a couple ideas already - kayaking, soccer, bleacher workout, roller derby class??...you get the gist.

Oh that would be tough to do! But fun too. I can't wait to read what you do. I would have no clue where to even begin for myself. LOL
